Where To Go For Help

Do you have a question about Canvas or do you experience a problem while using the system?

1. Click on the Help button at the bottom of the Global Navigation Menu on the left side of your screen. There you will find the Canvas Guides and the Canvas Community. The Canvas Guides contain a lot of explanatory documents and videos, created by the Canvas Documentation Team. In the Canvas Community you can ask questions and find answers from Canvas users all over the world. Both websites provide excellent search capabilities.

2. Consult other teachers at your faculty. They might be able to answer your questions or know the solution to your problem.
